Yes. Onboarding includes full data migration from any of those CRMs and most others that can export. Clients, properties, jobs, financials, and historical records are mapped into riivet so you start Day 1 with everything intact.
Does riivet replace Xactimate?
No. riivet works alongside Xactimate. It exports to Xactimate-compatible .ESX format, and a direct Verisk integration for native Xactimate porting is in development. The price-list pricing engine itself stays in Xactimate; riivet handles the scope generation, supplement workflow, and adjuster communication around it.
What is included in every riivet subscription?
