Every issue, feature request, and UI note lands in one queue, triaged into five levels. When something breaks, the whole team is all hands on deck and the highest priorities get frontloaded.

During the beta, the full platform is $99 per seat, per month — that's Premium-tier access (normally $199) at the Core price, locked for the life of your account. After launch, list pricing is Core $99/seat and Premium $199/seat. Either way there's a 5-seat minimum, billed monthly — month-to-month with no contract during the beta — plus a one-time $2,500 onboarding fee. AI Estimating and AI Negotiations run on Studio Credits, billed on top. Join before January 1, 2027 and your $99/seat rate is locked for life and onboarding is 50% off ($1,250).
What's included for $99 per seat?
Everything except Estimating and Negotiations, which run on Studio Credits: CRM, smart scheduler, 3D/360 scanning, contents, e-signatures, AI reports and dashboards, team chat, automations and workflows, BOS, AI training, employee rewards, AI marketing, fleet and assets, AI receptionist, and integrations/API. No per-feature add-on fees and no Zapier-style connector charges.
How do Studio Credits work?
AI Estimating and AI Negotiations share one credit pool. One credit runs one AI estimate or one carrier negotiation. Pick a monthly plan — from 10 credits at $50 each up to 250 at $22 each — and the more you run, the less each credit costs. Unused credits roll over one month (capped per plan); go past your pool and extra credits bill at the next tier down's rate. Change or pause plans anytime.
Is AI Estimating ready to use?
AI Estimating — Scope Studio — is our newest tool. Every company gets its first 10 estimates free in month one, so you can run it against real jobs and shape it with feedback. After that it draws from Studio Credits like everything else — one credit per estimate.
Why is there an onboarding fee?
Onboarding is a one-time $2,500 and covers guided data migration from your current CRM, configuration of your job types and workflows, and live training for the office and the field. During the beta launch it's 50% off — $1,250 — if you join before January 1, 2027.
Is the $99 rate really locked for life?
Yes, for beta members. Sign up before January 1, 2027 and $99/seat is your full-platform rate for as long as you're a customer — even after list pricing moves to Core $99 and Premium $199 for new signups. During the beta, plans are month-to-month — cancel anytime, no contract, no annual prepayment.

How long does onboarding take?

Can riivet import my data from DASH, Albi, Xcelerate, PSA, or JobNimbus?
Yes. Onboarding includes full data migration from any of those CRMs and most others that can export. Clients, properties, jobs, financials, and historical records are mapped into riivet so you start Day 1 with everything intact.
Does riivet replace Xactimate?
No. riivet works alongside Xactimate. It exports to Xactimate-compatible .ESX format (in beta), and a direct Verisk integration for native porting is in development. The price-list pricing engine itself stays in Xactimate; riivet handles the scope generation, supplement workflow, and adjuster communication around it.
Is riivet available now?
