How do I get access to riivet?

Riivet is in private alpha through spring 2026, with public beta launching in late spring. Request early access by booking a demo and our team will confirm availability for your company size.

Which devices does riivet support?

Riivet works on any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). We also have native iOS and Android apps optimized for field work, including LiDAR scanning on iPhone and iPad Pro devices.

How long does onboarding take?

Most teams are fully operational within 2 to 4 weeks. Our onboarding team handles data migration, pipeline setup, automation configuration, and hands-on training for every role in your company.

Can you migrate my data from DASH, Albi, or Xcelerate?

Yes. We accept any export format from DASH, Albi, Xcelerate, PSA, JobNimbus, and most other restoration CRMs. Our team processes the migration end to end so you keep every historical record.

How does pricing work?

Riivet uses custom pricing based on company size and scope. Book a demo and we'll put together a tailored quote. We offer monthly and annual plans. Annual plans include a significant discount.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term lock-ins beyond your chosen billing cycle. If you're on an annual plan, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term.

Data & Security

Where is my data stored?

Customer data is stored in US-based Supabase infrastructure with PostgreSQL Row Level Security enforcing tenant isolation. Full controls are documented on our Security page.

Does riivet use my data to train AI?

No. We do not train AI models on customer data. AI features use your data only to serve the request you initiated and do not retain it beyond the retention windows in our Privacy Policy.

Is riivet SOC 2 compliant?

Riivet is built under the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria with controls operating today. Our formal SOC 2 Type II audit is targeted for 2026 to 2027. We share our pre-audit documentation and internal policies with enterprise prospects under NDA.

Troubleshooting

The LiDAR scan isn't launching on my device.

LiDAR scanning requires iPhone 12 Pro or later, or an iPad Pro with LiDAR. Confirm your device has LiDAR, iOS is up to date, and the Riivet mobile app has camera permissions. If the issue persists, contact support@riivet.ai with your device model and iOS version.

Troubleshooting

I can't log in.

Riivet uses magic-link authentication. If you're not receiving the email, check spam, confirm your email is correct, and try again. If the problem continues, email support@riivet.ai and we'll get you in.

Troubleshooting

An estimate isn't exporting to Xactimate.

+

Verify that the estimate has a completed scope and the project has a valid carrier record. ESX export requires both. If the export still fails, send the project ID to support@riivet.ai and we'll investigate.
