One platform for the whole restoration job.
riivet is built by Automate HQ, Inc. — a Delaware C-Corp — in public beta with restoration companies. The goal is simple: replace the 10 to 15 disconnected tools restoration contractors are paying for with one platform that runs the whole job.
Why does restoration software exist as fifteen separate vendors?
A typical restoration company runs ten to fifteen separate software subscriptions: a CRM for jobs, another app for scans, a third for estimates, a fourth for supplements, another for contents, a sixth for the schedule, plus DocuSign, Slack, PowerBI, Zapier, and so on. Total cost lands between $60,000 and $80,000+ per year, before anyone counts the time spent re-typing the same FNOL into the next tool.
None of those tools talk to each other cleanly. Data silos, missed supplements, delayed payments, frustrated crews — all of it traces back to the same root cause: the work is one job, but the software treats it as fifteen separate apps.
riivet is one platform that runs the full job — from FNOL intake, through scanning, scope, supplements, contents pack-out, schedule, e-signatures, and final payment. The data follows the work instead of being entered into the next tool by hand.
And riivet is not built by outsiders guessing at the work. One of our founders spent a decade in restoration, living the same disconnected-tools mess this platform replaces. Through the entire design phase we sat down with restoration companies across the country, from owners to estimators to project managers, to make sure every workflow actually solves the problems crews run into on real jobs, not the ones we imagined from the outside.
What we believe
Co-built with working operators
Every feature in riivet is pressure-tested by the restoration companies running it in beta. They tell us what is wrong on real water, fire, mold, and reconstruction jobs, and we ship the fix. Owners and project managers in the beta shape the roadmap directly. We do not build features no one is asking for.
Built only for insurance restoration
riivet is not a generic field-service CRM with restoration tacked on. Every workflow — FNOL intake, scope generation, supplements, contents pack-out, scheduling, payment — assumes you work with carriers, adjusters, and TPAs every day. If a feature does not help a restoration contractor get a job done faster or recover more from a claim, we do not ship it.
One platform beats fifteen integrations
Integrations between separate vendors break. Data gets lost in transit. Re-entering the same FNOL into the next tool is where margin disappears. The only real fix is to build the whole job — CRM, scanning, estimating, supplements, contents, schedule, signatures, analytics, chat — into one platform with one data layer. That is what riivet is.
AI that makes your team look senior
AI should not replace your people. It should make a brand-new estimator look like a ten-year veteran on supplement day. From scope generation to adjuster rebuttals to report building, riivet's AI gives juniors senior-level output and gives your senior people their time back.
