What is riivet?
riivet is an all-in-one CRM and operating system built specifically for insurance restoration contractors. It replaces the 10 to 15 disconnected subscriptions a typical restoration company pays for — CRM, scanning, estimating, supplements, contents, scheduling, e-signatures, analytics, chat, automations — with one platform. One login. One bill.
riivet at a glance
Why does restoration need its own CRM?
A typical restoration company runs ten to fifteen separate software subscriptions: a CRM for jobs, a different app for scans, a third for estimates, a fourth for supplements, another for contents, a sixth for the schedule, plus DocuSign, Slack, PowerBI, Zapier, and so on.
None of them talk to each other cleanly. Data gets re-typed into the next tool. Supplements stall while someone hunts for the original scan. The schedule doesn't know about the FNOL. The owner can't see the real cycle time without exporting four CSVs.
riivet is one platform that runs the whole job — from FNOL to final payment — so the data follows the work instead of being re-entered every time it changes hands.
What does riivet actually do on a job?
First contact
FNOL intake captures client, property, and loss-type details once. The same record powers the schedule, the scope, the supplement, the contents pack-out, and the final invoice. No re-entry.
Document the loss
Field crews scan a property with a phone or tablet. Sketches and department-specific scopes (water, fire, mold, recon) generate from the scan. Photos auto-tag for contents. Everything saves to the project file the office sees in real time.
Win the claim
AI ingests the scan, scope, line items, and carrier history. It drafts rebuttals and supplements that go to adjusters from your work email — every message looks like it is coming from your team, not a robot. Audit trail is captured for compliance.
Run the company
Live BOS scorecards (revenue, cycle time, close rate, supplement recovery, AR aging, NPS) pull from the same data your office is already entering. L10 meetings, rocks, accountability charts, training, chat, and employee rewards are inside the same platform — no separate tools to log into.
See what's working
Custom dashboards per user. Reports you can describe in plain English. AI watches the data continuously and flags what is changing — a crew variance, a slipping cycle time, an AR aging spike — before it becomes a problem.
Frequently asked questions about riivet
What is riivet?
riivet is an all-in-one CRM and operating system built specifically for insurance restoration contractors. It replaces the 10 to 15 disconnected subscriptions a typical restoration company runs (CRM, scanning, estimating, supplements, contents, scheduling, e-signatures, analytics, chat, automations) with one platform. One login. One bill. Built around how a restoration job actually moves, from first notice of loss to final payment.
Who is riivet built for?
Insurance restoration contractors: water, fire, mold, storm, and reconstruction companies that work with carriers, adjusters, TPAs, and homeowners on insurance claims. Field crews, project managers, estimators, supplement writers, schedulers, BDRs, and owners all use it. It is not a generic service-business CRM and it is not a roofing CRM — every workflow is built around how restoration jobs actually run.
How is riivet different from DASH, Albi, Xcelerate, PSA, and JobNimbus?
Existing restoration CRMs cover one piece of the job. They handle pipeline and project tracking, then make you pay separately for scanning (DocuSketch, Matterport), estimating (Xactimate add-ons), contents (Encircle), e-signatures (DocuSign), analytics (PowerBI), automations (Zapier), and chat (Slack). riivet is the first platform to cover all of it natively. One vendor instead of fifteen.
What software does riivet replace?
riivet replaces the full restoration tech stack: DASH, Albi, Xcelerate, PSA, or JobNimbus for CRM. DocuSketch, Matterport, or PolyCam for scanning. Encircle for contents. Rebuild.work and other AI estimating add-ons. DocuSign for signatures. PowerBI and Forecastr for analytics. Zapier for automations. Slack for chat. Trainual for training. NectarHR for employee rewards. EOS tools for business operations.
How much does riivet cost?
Pricing is custom based on your team size and the tools you are consolidating. Most restoration companies running a typical stack spend $60,000 to $80,000+ per year across 10 to 15 separate subscriptions. riivet replaces all of them at a fraction of that combined cost. The shortest path to a real number is to book a 30-minute demo.
Who built riivet?
riivet is built by Automate HQ, Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation, in partnership with the 15 restoration companies running it in private alpha. Every workflow has been pressure-tested against real water, fire, mold, and reconstruction jobs by working operators before it ships. The product roadmap is set by what alpha partners actually ask for, not by what is easiest to build.
Is riivet available now?
riivet is currently in private alpha with 15 restoration companies. Public beta is targeted for May to June 2026. You can request early access at riivet.ai/demo and we will book a 30-minute walkthrough.
Does riivet work with Xactimate?
Yes. riivet exports to Xactimate-compatible .ESX format so estimates can move between systems. A direct Verisk integration for native Xactimate porting is in development. Note: riivet is not affiliated with Verisk and the Xactimate name belongs to Verisk Analytics.
What is an all-in-one restoration platform?
An all-in-one restoration platform is software that handles every operational system a restoration contractor needs — CRM, scanning, estimating, supplements, contents, scheduling, communication, analytics, and back-office — in a single application with shared data. The alternative is the standard restoration tech stack of 10 to 15 separate vendors stitched together with Zapier and manual data entry.
Can I import data from my current CRM?
Yes. riivet supports data import from DASH, Albi, Xcelerate, PSA, JobNimbus, and any other CRM that can export. Onboarding includes a guided import that maps your existing fields to riivet, so your historical clients, jobs, and financials are intact on Day 1.
