What to expect from a riivet demo.

How long is a riivet demo?

30 minutes. We walk through the platform end to end and show you exactly how riivet replaces your current restoration software stack. No slide deck. We open the product, you ask questions, we answer them.

Who should be on the demo call?

Whoever owns software decisions for your company plus one or two operators who run the work day to day — typically the owner, an estimator or supplement writer, and a project manager. Bringing operators makes the conversation real and surfaces the workflows that matter most.

Will you send pricing after the demo?

Yes. We send a tailored quote within 24 hours, scoped to your team size and the tools you are consolidating. Pricing is custom because the cost of replacing a 5-person Albi setup is different from replacing a 50-person DASH plus DocuSketch plus Encircle stack.

Do I have to be ready to switch to book a demo?

No. Most demo bookings happen six to twelve months before a switch. Booking now lets you see what riivet will look like at public beta launch (May to June 2026) and gives you a baseline to plan migration from your current CRM.
