About the role
Riivet has 20 features and a growing API. Our customers need documentation that is clear, searchable, and matches how restoration teams actually work. You will own the help center and API reference from scratch, working directly with engineers and customers.
What you'll do
- Plan, write, and maintain the Riivet help center
- Document the public API, including examples and common workflows
- Write in-app onboarding and empty states in partnership with design
- Work with support to turn common questions into permanent documentation
What we're looking for
- 3+ years writing technical documentation for B2B SaaS
- Can read code well enough to write accurate API docs
- Portfolio of published documentation, ideally in a developer-facing product
- Clear, opinionated writing style
Nice to have
- Experience with restoration, insurance, or construction software
- Background in video or interactive documentation
