About the role
Riivet is replacing the entire restoration industry's software stack with one platform. We are small, direct, and shipping. As a senior engineer you will own product areas from database design through UI and be on the hook for the outcomes, not the tickets.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and ship product features from first sketch to production deploy
- Write and review TypeScript across the Next.js web app, Cloudflare Worker, and Supabase backend
- Shape database schema, row-level security policies, and API contracts
- Set up the observability and tests you need; own quality in your area
- Work directly with restoration customers to validate features
What we're looking for
- 5+ years shipping production software in a small team
- Deep TypeScript and React experience, comfortable in Node
- Solid SQL, ideally Postgres; can design a schema that lasts
- Bias for shipping, and the judgment to know when not to
- Comfortable with ambiguity and direct feedback
Nice to have
- Experience with Supabase, Cloudflare Workers, or edge runtimes
- Background in B2B SaaS for a vertical industry
- Have worked in or near the restoration, insurance, or construction industries
