Sales Development Representative

Open conversations with restoration company owners and operators. You are the first human a prospect talks to at Riivet.

About the role

We are early, and the right SDR here is not a script-reader. You will research accounts, reach out across email, phone, and LinkedIn, and have substantive conversations with owners of 20-200 person restoration companies. Success looks like qualified demos booked for the founding team.

What you'll do

  • Research target accounts and build a point of view on each one before reaching out
  • Run outbound across email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify prospects and book demos with owners and operators
  • Keep the CRM honest and up to date
  • Share field insight back with product, sales, and marketing

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of outbound SDR or BDR experience in B2B
  • Comfortable picking up the phone and having a real conversation
  • Clear, concise writing
  • Self-directed and consistent

Nice to have

  • Sold into the restoration, insurance, or construction industries
  • Experience selling to small- and mid-size business owners
  • Familiarity with modern sales tooling
