About the role
We are early, and the right SDR here is not a script-reader. You will research accounts, reach out across email, phone, and LinkedIn, and have substantive conversations with owners of 20-200 person restoration companies. Success looks like qualified demos booked for the founding team.
What you'll do
- Research target accounts and build a point of view on each one before reaching out
- Run outbound across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Qualify prospects and book demos with owners and operators
- Keep the CRM honest and up to date
- Share field insight back with product, sales, and marketing
What we're looking for
- 1-3 years of outbound SDR or BDR experience in B2B
- Comfortable picking up the phone and having a real conversation
- Clear, concise writing
- Self-directed and consistent
Nice to have
- Sold into the restoration, insurance, or construction industries
- Experience selling to small- and mid-size business owners
- Familiarity with modern sales tooling
