About the role
Riivet replaces 20 tools with one platform. That only works if the product feels lighter than any one of them. As our first dedicated designer you will set the visual and interaction language for the whole product, then roll up your sleeves and ship it with engineering.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end design for core features: CRM, scheduling, estimating, negotiations, reporting
- Lead discovery calls with restoration operators and turn findings into product decisions
- Define and maintain our component system in Figma and in code
- Pair closely with engineers during build, not just at handoff
- Set the bar for craft without slowing us down
What we're looking for
- 4+ years designing B2B SaaS, ideally for non-consumer users
- A portfolio with shipped work that solves real operational problems
- Strong visual craft and strong systems thinking
- Direct, fast collaboration style
- Figma fluency
Nice to have
- Experience designing for field users on mobile
- Background in construction, insurance, or vertical SaaS
- Some front-end ability, enough to prototype in code
