We read every one and respond when there is a fit — either now, or later when the shape of the company catches up to yours.
What we're looking for
- A link to your work — GitHub, portfolio, past companies, LinkedIn, or anywhere we can see what you have actually shipped
- A clear thesis: what you would own at Riivet, and what you would change in the first 90 days
- A track record of results in roles adjacent to what you are pitching
- A concrete reason you want to work in restoration tech right now
- Proof you can do the work — writing, shipped product, numbers you moved, customers you closed
Nice to have
- Direct experience in restoration, insurance, construction, or field services
- Prior early-stage or first-hire experience in your function
- Willingness to spend time in Jessup, PA or Seattle, WA for team weeks
