Support the founder and leadership team. Own calendars, travel, documents, and the operational glue that keeps the company moving.
About the role
Early-stage Riivet needs an EA who operates like a chief of staff on the admin side — proactive, discreet, and unflappable. You will manage the founder's time, coordinate across a small remote team, and take ownership of the details so the leadership team can stay on the highest-leverage work.
What you'll do
- Own calendar management, scheduling, and meeting prep for the founder
- Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel
- Handle expense reports, vendor invoices, and light bookkeeping support
- Prepare documents, decks, and meeting notes on request
- Act as first point of contact for inbound vendor, press, and customer outreach to the founder
- Keep the internal ops running: document organization, tool admin, scheduling recurring meetings
What we're looking for
- 3+ years as an EA, chief of staff, or senior operations role supporting a founder or C-suite exec
- Exceptional written communication and calendar hygiene
- Comfortable with discretion around sensitive information
- Strong judgment on what to escalate and what to handle
- Fluent in modern productivity tools (Google Workspace, calendaring, document collaboration)
Nice to have
- Experience at an early-stage startup (first EA is a plus)
- Light project management or ops background
- Familiarity with scheduling tools like Calendly or SavvyCal
What we offer
- Meaningful equity
- Competitive salary
- Health, dental, and vision coverage
- Remote work with occasional travel to support the founder
- A clear path to expand scope as the company grows
