About the role
Riivet is replacing entire software stacks at restoration companies. The deal cycle is a real sale — owners and operators weighing a meaningful change to how their business runs. You will own the cycle from first demo through close, partnering with our SDR on pipeline and with the founding team on strategy.
What you'll do
- Run discovery and demos with owners, operators, and IT decision-makers at mid-size restoration companies
- Build and manage your own pipeline to a monthly and quarterly quota
- Write clean deal notes, track next steps, and keep the CRM accurate
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms within approved guardrails
- Partner with customer success to land a smooth handoff after signature
- Share field insight back with product and marketing
What we're looking for
- 3+ years closing B2B SaaS deals with SMB or mid-market buyers
- Track record of hitting quota in a full-cycle role
- Strong discovery skills — you run the call, not the script
- Clear, concise writing in follow-ups and proposals
- Self-directed with honest pipeline reporting
Nice to have
- Sold into restoration, insurance, construction, or field services
- Experience selling a platform that replaces multiple point tools
- Comfortable demoing technical product without falling back on deck-only
